Our Office is Open – with Some Restrictions
Update September 1, 2020: We are back in full-operation – for the most part. Therefore, if you need an eye exam, please contact our office to schedule an appointment.
For our patient’s safety – we will be limiting the number of patients that are allowed in our office at one time, so please follow these guidelines as recommended by the CDC:
- Everyone MUST wear a mask to enter our office. A scarf or bandana covering your nose and mouth is also acceptable.
- To maintain social distancing guidelines, we need to limit the number of people in our office at one time. If you need a repair or need to pick something up, please call our office first (849-4291) to secure an arrival time. To prevent congestion we will not be able to accept all walk-ins at any time of the day, especially between the hours of 2:30 – 5:00.
- Please do not bring anyone with you (except for your driver) into the office; this is important to reduce everyone’s risk of exposure. Keep your family at home or in the car.
- If you have ANY symptoms of fever, cough or are caring for someone who is sick please stay home and reschedule your visit for a better time.
As always, if you have any significant concerns, e.g. flashes of light, sudden onset of floaters, metal chip in the eye, sudden loss of vision or eye infection, contact our office immediately!
NOTE: We are no longer an in-network provider for VSP, however we can still examine all VSP patients as an out-of-network provider. Our office will provide all current VSP patients with a discount on their eye exam and eye wear, and in addition you will receive a reimbursement from VSP for any eligible services and materials.
Also, we are no longer a provider for MEDICAID and are not able to examine anyone who only has Medicaid. Please call the phone number on the back of your card to determine who is a provider in this region.
